Founded by veterans for veterans, VF3 is more than a farming initiative—it’s a mission-driven community dedicated to empowering those who have served our country to move forward confidently in a changing world.

 

We focus on creating meaningful opportunities that can be life changing through employment resources, hands-on training programs, and ongoing support that help veterans transition confidently into civilian life and into the general workforce.

We believe in the power of connection, growth, and shared purpose. Our programs are designed to foster a sense of belonging while building sustainable livelihoods through agriculture, training, and community development.
